The Opportunity
Our Oil Condition Monitoring (OCM) services help customers protect their assets and ensure operational reliability. The OCM Laboratory Technician plays a key role in delivering accurate and timely analysis, as part of a dedicated team led by the Laboratory Manager.

Your Responsibilities
As a Laboratory Technician within the OCM team you will:

• receive and unpack incoming samples
• prepare samples for analysis
• perform routine and repetitive laboratory analysis using various analytical techniques
• carry out first line maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment

You will work according to established procedures to ensure high-quality, consistent results.

Reporting Line & Location

• You report directly to the OCM Laboratory Supervisor
• This position is based at our Barendrecht Laboratory
• No direct reports

What we are looking for

• Resilience, drive and the ability to plan and multitask
• MBO level 3/4 education (chemistry)
• Experience as Lab Technician (1 year is beneficial but not required)
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• A positive 'can-do' attitude and a strong team spirit
• Ability and willingness to work shifts (1 Saturyday every 4 weeks +one late shift (14.00-22.00hr)
• Living withing commuting distance of Barendrecht
