For many years VPS has offered sample pickup, plus track & trace services, via the on-line SampLogic, logistics platform. Many VPS customers have successfully used SampLogic to arrange sample collection and transfer, worldwide, ensuring safer and faster delivery to VPS laboratories.

To support the growing demand and continue providing an efficient and reliable service, VPS are pleased to announce on 24^th August 2026,  the launch of a new and modernized SampLogic platform.

Over the coming weeks, VPS will roll out SampLogic 2.0, whilst phasing out the current version of the platform. During this transition period, both platforms will be available to our customers in order to ensure our logistics services are reliably maintained.

In addition to the significant back-office enhancements, the new SampLogic interface has also been updated to provide a more user-friendly experience.

VPS hereby invite all customers to start using the new SampLogic 2.0.
